Sri Ghanesh Textiles opened its doors on Serangoon Road in 1997, at a time when Little India was just becoming Singapore’s home for fine textiles. We were among the very first to specialise purely in sarees here, and nearly thirty years later, we’re still at 100 Serangoon Road, still run with the same care.
Generations of families have walked through our doors, for a first saree, a wedding trousseau, a festival, or simply because they trust us to have exactly what they’re looking for. Many of our customers today are the daughters and granddaughters of the customers who first shopped with us in the late 1990s. Word has since travelled well beyond Little India, and today we’re proud to be known by saree lovers across the United Kingdom, the United States, and throughout Southeast Asia.
